Manufactured Sand or M-Sand is created by crushing hard granite or blue stones using stage 3 crushing mechanisms. This kind of sand is man-made and is thus more accurately prepared based on the needs of the building, from 75 to even 4.5 microns. This is perhaps neater, and cleaner of impurities than natural sand. Though Geosand was termed as an alternative product of river sand now it has proved as one of the best product for construction.

How is Geosand manufactured?

Geosand is manufactured by processing granite chosen from the best quarries and crushed using a 3-stage crusher that consist of a Jaw Crusher, a Cone Crusher and a Vertical Shaft Impactor made by a World-class manufacturer.

Is it necessary to mix Geosand with river sand?

Geosand is the perfect substitute for river sand and therefore it is not required to mix Geosand with river sand. Our customers use 100% Geosand to produce concrete.
